Sean Macari is the CEO and owner of Valiant Search LLC, where he is responsible for business development and introducing top talent to law firms across New York and other markets throughout the United States.

Before launching his career in recruiting, Sean went to Siena College and began his career with the Office of the Attorney General. After five years in recruiting, including at one of the fastest growing law firms in Albany, he decided to use his knowledge of the legal industry, and the people in it, and start Valiant Search.

Laurie is an Executive Search Consultant coming to Valiant with over 5 years of experience recruiting , onboarding and hiring top talent. She is passionate about connecting exceptional individuals with opportunities that align closely with their skills and aspirations. Prior to moving to the Albany Metro area, Laurie was living on Long Island where she worked as a Hiring Manager in high volume sales recruiting. Her focus on sourcing top talent and pairing mutually beneficial partnerships ensures remarkable results that exceed client expectations.

Outside of work you can find her staying on top of all industry tends and growing her network as she explores her new city. Laurie is eager and committed to putting people first creating strong long lasting relationships.
